Crochet In Steps may offer digital crochet patterns or other downloadable files through its shop. Please read the relevant product description before purchasing so you understand what is included, the file format, and how delivery works.

Digital downloads

Digital products may be made available for download shortly after payment. Because digital files can be accessed or copied after delivery, change-of-mind refunds may be limited where permitted by applicable law. This policy does not remove any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

File or delivery problems

If your download link does not work, a file appears corrupted, or you receive a file different from the product described, email hello@crochetinsteps.com. Include your order number, the product name, and a description of the problem. Please do not email payment-card details or passwords.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, help you access the file, provide a corrected file, or offer another remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Duplicate purchases and other requests

If you believe you purchased the same digital item more than once, contact us with the relevant order details so we can review the request. Each request is assessed on its circumstances and applicable law.
